Siyan Bradley, BS

Founder/Visionary of the Renee J. Bradley Foundation

Siyan Bradley graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management. He is currently working towards his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.

After graduating from DeVry, Siyan would further his love for electronics and go on to work in the Avionics field. Siyan has been in the Avionics field now for over 13 years working at Thales Avionics located in Piscataway, NJ. While being at Thales Avionics, he has gone from an entry level technician to becoming one of the youngest managers at his company. Being a natural leader, over the years he has been recognized and rewarded for his excellent performance and dedication to his work and is currently an Avionics Repair Line Manager.

However, in 2006, a tragic event would change Siyan’s life forever. His mother would be killed by an ex-boyfriend three days after her 42nd birthday. Determined, not to allow his mother’s death to be in vain, he would take up the fight against Domestic Violence. After years of healing and spiritual growth, with the support and guidance from his church, Siyan would create the Renee J. Bradley Foundation for Domestic Violence of which he is the Founder/Visionary. The Renee J. Bradley Foundation for Domestic Violence was established in 2018 and is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to preventing domestic violence from happening in as many young people’s lives as possible. The foundation aims to properly equip the youth with the knowledge needed to see the signs of domestic violence as well as impart the importance of maintaining a healthy relationship. The foundation works with the local community leaders, churches, schools and organizations to bring an end to domestic violence. The foundation believes that strength, compassion, love and education are relationship-changing, life-saving keys.

Siyan has been featured on WBJLRADIO.COM and at the end of 2018; the New Jersey Coalition to End Domestic Violence (NJCEDV) honored and recognized Siyan with the “NJ Men of Strength” award.

Siyan is currently married to his childhood love Nicole and they have two beautiful girls together and a son on the way. When Siyan is not working hard at his 9-5, spending time with his family or running the foundation he really enjoys traveling the world, experiencing new things and keeping up with news and politics. Siyan also enjoys being a faithful and dedicated member of the Cathedral International in Perth Amboy, NJ where Bishop Donald Hilliard, Jr is the Senior Pastor.
